Chartreuse, here I come!

I’m heading to France tomorrow to visit the Chartreuse monastery!

I’m so nervous and excited! Photos to come!

Here’s a Chartreuse cocktail that will be going on the menu at Villian’s Tavern next month:

Saffron Cup

1.5 oz Akvinta Vodka

.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse

.75 oz Fresh Pineapple

.5 oz Fresh squeezed Lime

.25 oz JM Sugarcane Syrup

Shake & Strain up into Cocktail Glass. Garnish with Lime Wheel & Luxardo Cherry
