Here’s a cocktail I made back in 2007 for a very romantic dinner my (now) husband and I enjoyed together. His birthday is one day after Valentine’s day so we celebrated both in one night of cooking together and, well, none of your business! A couple of years later, this cocktail was the featured Valentine cocktail at Providence LA.

The Valentine Cocktail
.25 oz Sage Honey Comb
2 Drops Rose Flower Water
2 Dashes Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier Champagne
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
Build in Champagne Coupe. Bruise rosemary and gently plunge into cocktail
